Company Managing Partner Shri Soma Srinivas Reddy has served the Secretary of Contractors Development Institute (unit of NAC) 2014-2020. Under his leadership CDI has organised many training Programs with the support of NAC & BAI:

  1. Safety and Truck maintenance for drivers & operators- 2 times 
  2. Art of Contracting Program for contractors, engineers and professionals-10 times .
  3. Health & Wellness program
  4. Supervisors Training Program
  5. Contracts & legal issues due to Corona Force Majeure.

Recently Shri Soma Srinivas Reddy also appointed as Chairman of CDI, 2020-23
   
Company sponsored many people for NAC training programs. Also recently sponsored 3 candidates for the Safety training course in NAC (6 months duration)

Shri Soma Srinivas Reddy is also a guest lecturer at NAC. He has given many classes on “equipment used in highways” in NAC for newly recruited AEEs.

Company sponsored education for many local youth.
